Work Progressing Well @ Cloudhoppers

Here's a selection of photo's taken this morning showing work progressing well and on schedule at Cloudhopper's.  It might be a bit of a building site right now but will be interesting to compare these with the finished article and when all the furniture and fixings are in and we have a busy working environment of creativity and artistry...... roll on early June !!

 

 

 

Hats off to CABR's Rita Herbert

This amazing creation comes from the imagination and skill of local Elmer based artist Rita Herbert, who as well as being a long standing member of CABR (Community Arts Bogor Regis) is also going to be on hand to help the children and families at our forthcoming Mad Hatters Tea Party in the Lodge at Hotham Park on the 1st April. 

The event includes hat and giant cake making, as well as a host of other enjoyable creative and less strenuous pursuits such as Tea drinking and Cake eating.  Why not pop in and see what your children can learn from Rita and other local artists from CABR.

The event starts at 10am, children of all ages welcome and to be accompanied by an adult.

Part 1- Ripped out - March 13th 2013

 

 

 

 

 

The Old Museum at No 69 High Street gets a complete rip out ready for its refit and eventual transformation into Bognor Regis' first dedicated visual arts venue.  Contractors, Sussex Ronovations seem to be making fast progress with no sign of unexpected issues so far.  Further updates as and when they happen.

 

 

WORK BEGINS @ CLOUDHOPPERS

 

CABR (Community Arts Bognor Regis) are pleased to announce the start of work on the refit of the new Cloudhopper Gallery & Workshop;  The new dedicated creative arts venue will be housed in the disused former Museum at 69 High Street .  We'll keep you posted on progress with regular updates including our soon to be decided workshop and exhibition program.
